Beware! Very poor service. Doctor was fine (it wasn’t Dr Waters since she left this office ) but the organization is disastrous : they changed an appointment without calling me, I was lucky to call ahead for something unrelated to the appointment to only find out they changed the day and time without telling me.. Not an apology, not a phone call, very dry and unfriendly. When I asked to talk to the doctor, I’m told doctors don’t pick up phone calls and are not reachable via emails?! In 2019? Best service, everybody was very kind. and very professionals .
Called them a few days ago to try to schedule an appointment and whoever answered the phone treated me very rudely. Whenever I'd try to say something, they'd just cut me off. Then, instead of answering my question or setting up an appointment, they just asked me for my name and phone number. Never received a call back.
Really proffesional place. Doctors are very good and treat patients kindly. Girls in front and nurses were also very nice and helpful.
