Sherry, the receptionist is so kind, and courteous. She is on top of everything. Dr. Waters knows her medicine. Takes plenty of time explaining anything you need to know. Takes your problems into consideration, and does the best she can to help you. I am very happy with the whole office. I have my granddaughter going to her also. I would highly recommend her to everyone.
Horrible experience! Dr. Heather Waters makes you feel less than a human and more like $$ signs I went to her because she was my primary care doctor. I broke my middle finger, I asked if she could help with pain control and she said she's not giving anything for pain at this time to anyone and she suggested I go back to the emergency room or whiskey, and I said well I can not drink alcohol because of the meds, and on top of that I can't stand the taste. She says to me I don't know what to tell you.
Nothing gets done! We have been waiting 3 weeks for a back brace that was supposedly ordered along with 2 referrals and I had to call the other doctors offices myself. The staff is nice but when it comes to doing their job they lack the skills to complete the task.
Dr. Waters is AMAZING!! Our little girl has type 1 diabetes, and it has been difficult to decide on a primary care doctor for her. Her first visit was great!!! She took such time and made sure that she not only took into consideration the illness at hand but also how it would affect her as a diabetic. We have moved all of our family to this practice. We have seen Dr. Waters and Jessica Royce the Nurse Practitioner. They are both wonderful and we are thankful to have found a practice that all of our family can be seen.
