Heather needs serious recalibration. She mishandled critical safety issues during my move-in and failed to represent the home’s condition accurately—both to me and to the landlord, which jeopardized everyone’s interests. Regarding the last review... for the record, I did not represent Tucker in a real estate transaction, in fact he was represented by his "partner" who was acting as his real estate agent. I do not own the house that Tucker rented, it is owned and managed by a client who hired me to find a new tenant. I do not do any property management on the house either, this house is managed by the owner, so any and all complaints about the house's condition would not fall within my purview of responsibility.
