Heather Spirko sold our lake house in Aurora Shores and did such an amazing job. Everything from her innovative marketing strategies for our home to her market analysis and getting us well over asking price, she a Realtor who actually cares! We met Heather at an open house for the condo we eventually purchased. She also assisted us with the sale of our home. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and so easy to work with. She walked us through every step of the process (we hadn’t purchased a home in over 40 years) and eased all of our concerns and worries. Heather worked very hard for us in negotiating the best deal on both our purchase and the sale. I would highly recommend working with her for all of your real estate needs.
