Genuine would be a good start. I went through a rough surgery and Heather was very kind from day one. I appreciate someone who can sympathize and care enough to listen to you and then advise treatment/recovery from there instead of telling you I know better because I’m a doctor. I had over 6 total visits with Heather and I never went home once without 100% peace of mind. If you want the best there is I highly recommend Heather.
