Very unprofessional when it comes to dealing with insurance. The nurses are very rude. I would recommend a Dr she is just a nurse practitioner.
She told me to find a new Dr due to my insurance not giving prior authorization for my menopause medicine. I was having a crisis and when they should have been understanding they dismissed me as a patient. My advice to you would be find another Dr
