Heather is a wonderful massage therapist. She asks before every session what areas to focus on. Spends the entire 90 minutes massaging gently and completely foot to head. Is a joy to talk with during the massage or quiet if you rather. I always leave refreshed from the experience. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

I received a massage from Heather shortly after a back injury that was not responding to my usual treatments. The next day, my pain was nearly 95% improved. Heather's skills are excellent; she uses a combination of techniques to ensure that your needs are met while on the table. She is excellent at pinpointing "problem areas" and is great at checking in about pressure throughout the massage. I felt relaxed, rejuvenated, and pain-free afterward. Plus, she utilizes aromatherapy, which I find very soothing. Highly recommended!
