I was so lucky to find Heather three years ago! I receive regular reflexology from her, every 6-8 weeks and always feel so much better afterwards. If my mind has been too busy, I come away feeling like my brain has been emptied and able to tackle life again. Aches and pains become more bearable and it just gives you a real sense of well being. I recently had a holistic massage at Heather’s Reflexology and it was absolutely wonderful. Heather is a truly gifted therapist — warm, professional, and incredibly intuitive. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The massage itself was deeply relaxing and helped melt away a lot of the stress I’d been carrying. You can really tell she cares about her clients and takes a holistic approach to healing. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced. Highly recommend to anyone needing to reset and recharge.
Highly recommend. Suffering from neck pain whilst on holiday in carnoustie. Heather was recommended. Had a reflexology session and it has really helped. Heather was lovely, professional and kind.
