New patient, I found Dr. Ross pleasant and professional. She listened and was helpful.
Heather is very knowledgeable and listens well. Office staff are also very kind and friendly. This was my first appointment and I felt very comfortable with the care and attention I received. Highly recommend.
I love Dr. Ross. She is an amazing, caring and thorough doctor. I always feel listened to and understood. I have had doctors come into the room and nod while not really listening and then blame everything on being a woman or my weight. She has never done that and I appreciate it. I wish I had been brave enough in my appointment with her to speak up, but I wasn’t. I went to see her for problems with chronic fatigue and many other symptoms. When expressing my concerns she said “welcome to motherhood” which is exactly why I hadn’t seen a doctor yet for it. She insisted on a pregnancy test - the MOST typical stereotype yet again. While she did run bloodwork and claimed I had hypothyroidism and would see me at 6 weeks at my next scheduled apt to discuss. 6 weeks… no care about even trying to see me sooner... read more
