Horrible! How is Heather Ross still allowed to practice medicine! Lacks compassion & manners!!!!
I want to start off by saying she was extremely helpful at first. I needed paperwork filled out after becoming a new mom that almost died during delivery. My job had me so rattled because they wanted butts in seats. I needed the medical accommodation to work remotely, sometimes I would need an accommodation for missed days. I guess the paperwork became a problem. Her attitude toward me shifted, everything felt so off that day already with changing my appointment to a video one.
