Heather Ramous is wonderful! She always takes the time to listen and provide and discuss various options. I have never felt rushed and she does a great job of explaining things. I truly appreciate her expertise and the care she provides!
I've been a patient for 6 years (est) and she tried me on many different medications and was very patient with me. She continously educates me on my breathing issue and medications. I have recommended her to others and continue to do so. I feel she truly wants her patients to get better.

I went to this respiratory clinic today for treatment and was treated very unfairly. The receptionist at the front desk was very rude because I did not have my medical records. When I initially scheduled the appointment the receptionist then asked for my PCP information to retrieve them. I’m guessing they had a hard time trying to get the records but I wasn’t notified saying that I needed to get them. I felt i was a bother to them right when I walked through the door.
