Only interested in the insurance pay. 20 minute office call paid 200 dollars. The entire staff receptionists, med techs , nurses and nurse practioners act as if they are doing you a favor seeing you . Ive never seen such a rude bunch of health professionals under one roof. I fired this medical office and so glad i did.
Dr. Wun was dismissive and rude, he walked out saying "ill go take care of my other 20 patients" then he falsified DC notes saying i left ama there and a prior hospital which is a LIE! my prior er visit the dr allowed me to be discharged by request since im getting outpatient procedure with a specialist however their er dept told me to go to the nearest er which was mercy. dr.wun said nothing i was experiencing was significant or er level, he tried to get me to sign an ama which i said no, please discharge me if you feel its... read more
We did not even follow through with the appointment. Let me just say that none of the employees we spoke with should be associated with the name or word “mercy”. They were rude, disrespectful and uncaring, at least about your situation. They care about money though. That seemed to be all they care about. The type of service we received just in the appointment setup at this wound care facility is typical. Nobody cares about you at all and seems like they hate their job and life. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Dr. Finnie is hands down the best doctor that I have ever encountered. Cancer is scary...Dr. Finnie eases that worry and reassures you that you will be okay. I can't imagine going through my life without him in it. He will call you and talk to you about what next steps are. He is AMAZING!!! I am grateful, every day, that he is my oncologist. Dr Cozart has a God complex and an aggressive attitude. He has a deplorable bedside manner and needs to rethink his field of occupation.
Did VA evaluation with Dr. Trent today, she was great for me. She's obviously sharp, she was inviting and had great bedside manner, and was efficient. Very positive experience with her and the team there.
Dr Vyas has Taken good care of me. The surgery went well. He listened and answered my questions. This Doctor has my best interest at heart. I have lots of trust in work and follow his directions completely. A real pleasure working with him and his staff.

Dr. Shazia Malik arrived FOUR HOURS late for a scheduled appointment. By that time I clearly was no longer available as I have children and a life outside of medical appointments. I had called the office during this long wait to ask if she was ever coming, but the call was answered by someone in another country who could not understand or help.
