Heather Pinckard-Dover is a super kind doctor. She explained things in detail for us to understand what was going on when my step mom's brain stimulator battery died. She pushed insurance to approve inpatient surgery because it wasn't safe for her to return home & wait for the opportunity for outpatient surgery. The difference is incredible.
