Heather is unprofessional and entitled. I arrived 3 minutes late for my appointment and She was running behind so she refused to see me. As a nurse practitioner at children’s we give a 30 minute grace period and even then, most of the time we still see them even if it later. If you go in to healthcare, you should do the right thing by patience. Her actions show her lack of competence and compassion. Find someone with a work ethic! Dawn
