Got to the doctor at 8:52 was supposed to be there at 8:50 reception gave me 3 pages of paperwork to feel out wanted me to stand up to do so got mad when I told her I was not going to stand, she went to the back an talk to the doctor I had got done with the paperwork while see was in the back when she came back see said we needed to reschedule you, crazy part there was no one in the lobby waiting, poor customer service but because she had to do her job am the one that had to reschedule what kind of reception does that to a p... read more
I have been going to Primary Care Physicians since I was 9 yrs old Dr. Steven Titus was my doctor Dr. Obergon replaced Steve when he retired. In the short time she has been my doctor she has been awesome to me. She listens to me, takes notes, follows up to ensure medical needs are being resolved.
