While I would recommend Heather as an agent, make sure you go over your policies carefully. My husband and I had a very long, productive meeting with her assistant and felt great about our coverage after the meeting. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with car rental coverage and it was taken off our policies for our main cars and left on a car that we never drive.
