The customer service person was her A game, responded to my enquires satisfactorily and even though it was a walk in, still took me on a tour. Some area are being remodeling with modern appliances . The wooden staircase is rickety and needs upgrade. They dont have One bedroom apartment. Most units have in-unit washer and dryer. The prices are reasonable for the area .

Where do I even start? Let’s start with the issues with the apartment itself. We lived in a two story town house and there was a mold problem, broken faucets, leaking under the sink, stove caught on fire, and broken tub painted over with paint. Maintenance came in and FIXED NOTHING… maintenance is another issue. They leave trash all over in parking spots and they never move them. Such as broken appliances and things like that.
