Heather recently represented me on the purchase of my first home in a very competitive market with limited inventory. She was knowledgeable and organized, of course, but most importantly I felt like she truly listened to what I wanted and she worked diligently to get it for me at the price I wanted. Her creative negotiations ended up saving me 20k. In this market, it was just short of a miracle.
