Very satisfied with McLeod Health and the services they offer. Dr Heather Shelton is very nice and attentive to my needs.
Ultimately had to stop going to see Dr. Shelton altogether. 1-2 hour wait times were common nearly EVERY visit. Absolute disregard for the time/schedules of her patients.
Dr. Shelton is an amazing doctor. I have been with her for over 15 years, and I'm so thankful for her. Dr.Shelton is a great listener, and she treats anything that bothers me with excellent, thoughtful care.
Choose your Dr. wisely when choosing MCLEOD choosing the ones that really want to treat you as a patient and then you want your other caregivers if needed if you’re needing a specialty, she is not the doctor to see. She has a primary doctor. She is only a primary doctor and that is it would I ever go back or recommend her no way
