Reception, scheduling and communication are a nightmare in this practice. I have spent over 6 months trying to get a referral for a test recommended by my doctor. They seem to have no idea how anything works, so you have to be their administrative assistant.

This practice is disorganized and you can never get in touch with anyone as they never answer the phone.

This doctor, while polite in person, is horrible overall. She would never return calls (waiting on a call back still after 4 weeks, 11 phone calls and 7 messages as a non-new patient that was seeing her for the last year). She would never call you to give you the results of any tests, you would have to call her. I would not recommend her and am leaving the practice because of her unprofessional attitude towards patients. I have had the absolute worst experience with this doctor. He bedside manner was fine, but rushed. She called me in for a biopsy (which was very scary and intrusive) and then NEVER called me back with the results. I called for months with no return phone call. The receptions are beyond rude on the phone (and that is if they even answer). This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctors office/ doctor. Do not go to this doctor.
