Dr. Heather Jones is wonderful, very thorough, and take the time to both ask questions and explain. I personally prefer DOs to MDs for primary care and preventative visits, because I do what I can to take a more holistic approach to health and wellness.
I have been with Dr Heather a jones for a few years now, from her North Valley office to the current location. She is extremely thorough and actively engages you, the patient, in her treatment plans. This is the very definition of excellent patient care! She is so kind and caring, and her MA Elias is also wonderful, working hard behind the scenes to get your treatment in order with insurance. My GPS took my to the wrong part of the shopping center. It took me longer than I thought to find their suit. I arrived 10 minutes late. The receptionist let me know as was late, and I was shown the door. Since it was my first visit and I got lost, I thought they might be a little understanding. Nope.
