Horrible customer service, the front desk staff are lazy! Don’t want to do the extra work (they signed up for) they cut you off while trying to explain something. Also waited a month to get told the same thing. Not professional at all, they have an attitude of entitlement but, won’t help a patient out .. a joke Don’t waste your time
I was seen twice by Dr. Heather Lesmes. Both times I have had to wait an extended amount of time to be seen; the most being over 50 minutes. Dr. Lesmes poor time management is unprofessional and demonstrates that she is inconsiderate of her clients time and their everyday lives. If a patient is late 15 minutes, their appointment is canceled. However, if the “doctor” is late, the patient just has to deal with it. Where is the accountability? I wish I could her one star. Very dismissive of all my my concerns. I could tell she was being paid to push a certain medication, even though the side effects would be terrible. She left the door open while I was undressed.
Went there today and loved it!! I felt so welcomed and comfortable! Thank you for a great experience!! Everyone was so sweet! Will be returning (:
