Do not purchase a unit at heather akes. Small over priced , head akes, back akes, if you have one sell it quickly get out from under. I would not talk a unit for FREE. Old outdated ele braker boxes. Run don't walk! Are you people CRAZY asking twice the price then the old broken down condos are worth. I am looking at new listings check other places, get better units for less $ and less headache!!! Has only gotten worse in the last year 2026. Plumbing and drainage trouble!!
