I would not expect a condo in Heather lakes if it where given to me free and clear.!!! Sell under market and run!!!
Very nice community but not so nice ladies in the office. They keep the grounds very nice and well maintained. Certain people get away with everything, if the ladies in the office like you and you gossip with them about the residents they don’t like you’ll be just fine. Every year when seniors get their cola increase on their social security check conveniently they raise the HOA fees almost the exact amount of the increase, they let you keep about 4.00 of your increase which is very shady considering most seniors live on soc... read more
