Dr Westmoreland seemed rushed in my appointment. Hardly spent any time with me. She recommended a medication without explaining what she thought was wrong with me and what the side effects of the med were. I asked if there were alternative treatments and she mentioned one without explaining. When I asked about the medications and told her I had concerns her smile turned off quickly and she seemed perturbed with me. I left with more questions than answers. She should work at a doc in the box. She probably actually spends less time than them with her patients.. Condescending mannerism. Didn’t explain or let me know about her “diagnosis”. Had to find it on my chart that she had diagnosed me with anything after the first visit, which freaked me out. Other medical professionals and receptionists like her. I have been seeing Dr. Westmoreland for about a year now. So far very impressed she is very thorough and caring.
Excellent care! She works to find a cure with passion. Great staff. All of this, and works at the Chic-fil-A of hospitals! Northside Forsyth. Thank you for your help.
