This was my first visit so I’m new to regenerative medicine. I was very impressed with the thorough explanation concerning how PRP can help my injury. I felt I was really in good hands with the doctor and the friendly staff.

I've called this office 8 times the receptionist Marcie has the worst customer service I've ever come across she hangs up the phone on me, acts like she does NOT hear me or doesn't answer my call. She should fire for being rude and having lack of customer service. I would give triple ZERO STARS with a person like that working in that office. Hey might as well close the office because they will lack client because of her
We didn’t know what to expect. Dr. Fernandez and her entire staff are so knowledgeable and professional. My husband and I both had the stem cell treatment. Him for knee torn meniscus and me for bad hip. He is doing better after one week, and I am definitely doing better after one week. I know things will continue to improve, but doing the continual K-Laser treatments to add to the treatment, which helps either the healing. I think we made an excellent decision using Dr. Smith-Fernandez. I’ll update this after a month!!
