I would give this office zero stars if I could. Dr. Koza was overly opinionated and offered unsolicited advice about raising my children. She lost all of the ADHD paperwork I brought in for my son. I was charged for mental health screeners she never scored nor discussed with me for both my oldest son and myself. I was also charged for both of these screeners, although I never received a bill in the mail.
