I love my Dr. ,Heather Kelly. She is so easy to talk to and kind .
Doc Kelly is amazing, on the other hand the lady in the office only answers the phone half the day. And when you finally get through a week later she is rude and makes you feel like you are inconveniencing her. i feel for Doc Kelly as she is very attentive and helpful, her reputation is being dragged down cause of the receptionist.
Dr Kelly has been my family doctor since 2013. Very satisfied of her services
I have had great problems with this office. Most of which have nothing to do with Dr Kelly, her staff on the other hand and more specifically her receptionist has a bad habit of hanging up on patients; Which is already bad enough considering the phones are only on for 5 hrs so getting an answer normally takes a week, then when she actually does respond and stays on the line she is very snarky rude and overall very unprofessional.
