I always have a good experience with Heather and the whole staff. I never feel rushed, and always feel like I am being heard when bringing up concerns and questions, and am given well explained answers.

Heather is very caring and listens to me. She takes care in knowing my whole family (since they are not at the practice yet)
I saw Heather once and never went back. She was rude, insensitive, and upon viewing my medical records from my visit with her, is inaccurate as well. She had a bad attitude, showed absolutely no concern for the issues I was being seen for, and was very content with her ignorance- refusing to listen to a word I said. I’ve never in my life had a NP be so openly uncaring and unprofessional in my life. A very inadequate provider that I would not recommend to absolutely anyone.
Heather is the best care provider around. I have seen her for both sick visits and a physical. Couldn’t be happier with her care.
