Heather is the best doctor I've ever found she is the most caring thorough down to earth pleasant is wonderful I would recommend her to everyone she's definitely a five-star doctor or PA however you want to put it she's the best
1st Visit was nice, Doctor was very nice, however the Receptionist are very RUDE and Lie. I have now had to make 4 calls about an inhaler refill that they keep saying is refilled, they lie. Even my pharmacy says this office is notorious for not sending over prescription refills. One of the receptionist wanted me to make an appointment so I could have my inhaler refilled and I said lets do it, her next response was, the doctor is booked out for 5 weeks. Amazing doc. Very compassionate and understanding.
I was uncomfortable before she came in the room. Her and I assume her nurse were talking very rudely about another patients drug test and his parole officer and used his name. I will not be returning.
She is amazing. Always make sure what ever needs to be done is done and the wait is not bad plus her care is worth the wait. Nice to have a doctor who cares and shows her compassion by doing a great job. The staff is always nice and follows up with you. Great place to receive care
