I would give it a negative review if I could. As someone who used to work this behavioral health unit and who needed a safe place to land during a desperate time as I felt I had no other option, the way I was treated by former co-workers was disgusting. First my review is not about the doctor’s care, my first appointment went great with the doctor and receptionist on that day. I went back today for the treatment I was having, I left my house in plenty of time and was even early. The receptionist from my first appointment told me (I thought) to come in at the appointment not the early arrival time. Now I may have misunderstood, im adjusting to life outside. This is a hospital I've never encountered such horribly stressed and cruel acting medical assistants: They lie, talk bad about patients, stress out, get angry, start trouble. This hospital needs to be investigated for unethical and malicious treatment of unaware and innocent patients. Something is very wrong with this Genesis. Help us if you might be an authority on here who can put an end to the monopoly of this Genesis on the luves if do many hurting and dying people who nurses have shed hatred on instead of healing.
