Heather is AMAZING! I’ve been seeing her for a number of years now for acne and she has truly changed my life! She has wonderful bedside manner, which is so important to me. She’s so kind and patient. I’ve also been going to see her for Botox and filler, which she does an incredible job. She makes it look so natural and beautiful. Overall my self confidence has changed since seeing her. I couldn’t be happier! If I could rate her 6 stars I would!

Heather Howell is absolutely phenomenal!!! I don't write alot of reviews, but this is well DESERVED. I have never felt more heard and seen by any previous dermatologist. She always comes in the room with a big smile on her face and a positive, welcoming attitude. She is very thorough and actually listens to what you have to say, she never makes me feel rushed, but I also understand and appreciate how valued her time is as a provider. Heather had the most amazing bedside manner! She took her time and explained everything, allowing us to ask as many questions as we needed. We felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. Such a rare commodity in today's healthcare world! My family will never use another dermatologist.

My husband was almost patient of Dr Howell one time for a biopsy. Her and her nurse were nothing but rude. They made him feel like an inconvenience and when he asked if it was a painful procedure, they informed him he was acting like a baby. The area of procedure had to be treated for infection the next day. They accused my Bohemian husband of "fake baking", implying it was his fault. This 10 minutes of her nastiness got us a 600.00 bill. I wouldn't send my dog to her.

Heather is FANTASTCI! She has great technical knowledge and is also relatable. She did an amazing job of taking care of my skin and gave me solutions that were doable from home as well. She is the BEST!!!!
