This place keeps getting upgrades, and that is something I can appreciate. I like to know that management likes to actually put money back into the property to keep it nice and taken care of the same way I would my own home if I didn't live in an apartment. The location is also second to none for the area. Super close to shopping and places to dine, but not right in the mix of it which is so nice.
Wonderful country escape in the middle of the city of Louisville. Updated and locally managed.
Apartments are nice, the area is quiet and the land the apartments sit on is beautiful! Its such a great location that even has a walking path to Meijer!
I am super super pleased with Derby Run. They repeatedly show how much they care about this place and the people that live here.
Love this apartment and the location! You really can’t beat how close it is to so many retailers and restaurants! Also the walls are actually concrete which helps eliminate noise inside the apartment that usually comes with living in an apartment community!
I can’t say enough good things about this place. Its on a BEAUTIFUL wooded property! The apartments are huge, but they are SUPER affordable, and to top it off the people in the office are always so polite and welcoming!
The apartments are clean and nice, but the best part is the maintenance team and office staff are great! If you ever have an issue they are super quick to come out and fix the problem!
Great Location! The apartment has a very spacious floor plan. The office team is great! Love the new manager Holly!!
Had a great lease experience. I enjoyed the area, and I liked the location of the apartments. Easy to get to highway.
