First off their grass in the yards is 90 percent weeds. Fix that, its off putting. The property owner Jeff is like Joe Biden..Completely unfit to be in any sort of ownership position of anything. He is unresponsive to complaints and mantinence issues sweeping things under the rug. The maintenance people are good tho. They never turned my spicket on after winter so I couldn't even use that.
