She is a doctor of few words. Very cold, stark annual physical. I asked her a few questions that were apparently not Obgyn health related and she was very condescending in her response to talk to my primary. She cut me off a few times. Overall, horrible bedside manner in my opinion. Although I’m menopausal, I would not want her anywhere near my daughter delivering a baby. She treated my daughter who just turned 18. After suffering with uncontrolled bleeding for months this doctor diagnosed my daughter with PCOS. We made an appointment to see the Dr because my daughter was told over a my chart message that she had PCOS and when my daughter asked questions because she knew nothing about the disease she was told by the nurse she would have to come in for an appointment. I switched to Dr. Herbolsheimer after a very difficult pregnancy with my first child. When I became pregnant for the second time I was very nervous, but she put me at ease and listened to all my concerns. My two pregnancies were very different and I do believe it is because of the care of the doctors at the practice and Good Shepherd Hospital. When I had a miscarriage and went into the office I told then something wasnt right. Instead of listening she let dead fetal issue in my body for 4 months until she preformed a d&c at my request after making the comment of if I would have waited a week longer it would have taken care of itself...after 4 months!
