Doctor is good, front office staff has poor customer service. Update: Special thanks to Jay, when I called back to speak with him he was great in explaining and took the time to hear my concern. They were in error with my insurance mixing me up with another patient. Unfortunately, I'm not sure I want to work with them again. Sorry Dr. Herbolsheimer.
Had surgery procedure from her felt not like myself in intimacy anymore. Also received a dexa scan during treatment for breast cancer. Ordered by her. I was told by the Doctor, as well as a staff member of her office that I had osteopenia. The pre cursor to osteoporosis. Went home and called both my sister and daughter, to let them know, as it is hereditary. I then went to my oncologist and mentioned the results of the scan, and since my Doctors were linked in my care, he looked it up and said my results were negative. I nev... read more
Took my daughter to see her and she was rude and extremely unprofessional. My daughter left her office sad and upset at the way this Dr treated her. Horrible bedside manner.
Dr. H is amazing! She is patient and very knowledgeable. She answers all questions and explains things very well. She delivered my son and I felt like I was treated like a rock star. She truly cares for her patients.
