My Uncle has been a resident of Heather Heights Senior Living for quite sometime now. My Aunt, most recently, has also become a resident. My review….First and foremost I must say that the staff is absolutely outstanding! I personally have not met one member who is unprofessional or unkind, or who is inconsiderate of residents needs. I have been visiting a dear friend at Heather Heights for over a year now. I am so impressed with this assisted living/memory care facility. The staff is friendly, professional, and caring to their residents. I always see a personal connection being made as a resident passes by a staff member. My Mom was extremely hesitant about moving out of her house like most people would expect to be. But the staff and services at Heather Heights has made her transition as close to seamless as possible. My Mom is content and well taken care of, which has lifted the burden off of me and given me the peace of mind to know she is doing well. My mother spent the last 3 years of her life at Heather Heights.The staff there cared for my mom with exceptional love and care!! They are absolutely angels!!!
I have had the opportunity to photograph events and community spaces at Heather Heights multiple times over the past year, and have been truly impressed with the care and attention to detail within the community. The spaces are beautiful, and during the special event I attended it was obvious that the community was a welcoming space for those who live there and those who were visiting. I am looking forward to visiting again!
