Clean! (Doesn’t smell bad!) incredible staff who clearly enjoy their jobs. Impeccable attention to detail, very thought out as far as activities and things for the residents to do.
All of the staff at Heather Heights are very friendly. They know residents by their first name. Wendy at the reception desk remembered us even though we don’t visit often since we live out of town. They have lots of entertainment and activities for residents to participate in.
Heather Heights of Pittsford is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The building has a warm atmosphere that makes it feel like a home. Everything is well maintained, and the attention to cleanliness really shows. It’s clear that creating a comfortable and inviting environment for residents is a priority.
My mom moved here three months ago. It’s been a transition for her and a very positive one. The staff is so caring. My mom has done very well. I’m very happy she is here with new friends.
Awesome place. John and his staff are very accommodating. Great place to play music as well. Very very nice
