Every time we bring music to their memory care residents, we’re met with an incredibly supportive and compassionate staff who go above and beyond to create a joyful atmosphere. The engagement and happiness of the residents are a testament to the outstanding care they receive. It’s always a pleasure to perform here, and we’re grateful to be part of such a wonderful community!
My parents have lived at Heather Heights for just over a year and it’s been a very good experience. The staff are caring and attentive and the facility is lovely and clean. We are grateful that our parents can be together in this caring environment.
My sister moved into Heather Heights almost a year ago and it has been wonderful. She is a very social person and she has made many friends among the residents and the staff. The managers and the staff go out of their way to help her with daily living and her health. She enjoys going on the outings that they arrange, as well as the activities at the community. My mother was a resident in the memory care unit at Heather Heights for almost 2 years. The atmosphere was friendly and supportive, My mom was a very strong minded and particular person. Heather Heights has provided exceptional care of my dear friend for the past ten months. The Memory Care Unit Staff has been very attentive, professional and caring. Immediately upon admission to the facility the staff was eager to get to know my friend to help with the transition and determine how to best care for him. During visits staff would often readily approach me to provide updates on how my friend was doing.
