We worked with Heather to purchase a home in Chico for our two college-age sons and their roommate while they attend Chico State. I would recommend Heather to anyone selling their home. We encountered some unexpected hurdles and Heather expertly navigated us through using her wisdom and expertise. She was responsive, knowledgeable and she gets things done. I trusted her to do what was best for us and she exceeded our expectations in every way.
I can’t say enough about how helpful and knowledgeable Heather has been. No matter what circumstances came up, she was always there to help me.
