Very clean, up kept & seems like a wonderful place to live!!
Well maintained, outstanding houses at affordable prices,in a great location where it's almost like living in the country with easy access to schools and grocery stores... This calls for a 10 plus+ ratings. Love the area!!!!....

This property is a wonderful place to live and the homes are very nice but SVDP is a terrible two-faced entity. They WILL overcharge you at move out and do not expect to get your deposit back - expect them to ruin your rental credit and make all sorts of illegimate claims about the damages done to their rentals. They are greedy, the management office is unkind and THEY DO not accommodate to the disabled - at all.
