One of the worst drs I’ve ever met. I explained my ongoing weight issues for the past 45+ years. She removed the fluid from my lap band & a month later, 8lbs heavier, wouldn’t add it back. Wouldn’t give me Zepbound. Wouldn’t give me a sleeve. I told her I’ll get Zepbound off the internet even though there’s a risk because I’d rather be dead than continue gaining weight. Dr. McMullen and her staff are top notch. From the first time I called her office, they treated me as though I had been a patient for years. I went to Dr. McMullen to have my lap band removed. She actually spent time to explain what my options would be after recovery. I don't remember a Dr. in my life that spent more than 10 minutes with me. I met Dr Heather Mc Mullen in the winter of 2020 when the COVID pandemic was about to stifle New York' city's hospitals. I was impressed from the moment we met, she was personable, she explained what I was embarking on with precision and I left there thanking my cardiologist Dr, Auerbach for recommending me to such a warm caring professional person.
