We used to go to a cafe near our house, but after being taken to Heather Farm cafe by friends, we can't go back to the old place. The staff are a particular highlight - everyone is super friendly and thoughtful. It didn't take more than a few visits for everyone to know our names. Special shout out to the incredible managers (Kat, Shelly, Beth and Jake) that somehow manage to keep it running so smoothly despite how busy it gets!
It was busy and noisy (half term and a rainy day). The prices I were charged were not the prices advertised on the online menu - cappuccino and soup. When ordering the soup was asked if I wanted sourdough or cheese toasties. I assumed the cheese toasty was an alternative to the included sourdough but was charged �3.25 for it! 10% service charge was added to the bill automatically which I declined. I feel the food is overpriced .
