If zero stars were possible, this would be negative. Heather Haggard Tackett is, in my experience, the embodiment of everything parents fear about family court lawyers. This was not advocacy. Heather won't communicate and likes to gossip with the other side in cases. She is NOT representing her clients to the best of her ability as her oath states she is required to do. Her secretary takes message after message and flat told us last week that "I will relay the message and she may or may not call you but probably not".
