Dr. Heather Diamond provides outstanding care. She is knowledgeable, precise, and professional. I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend her. Wonderful staff, too!
Dr is great but over one hour waiting with the most uncomfortable chairs in waiting room not meant for pregnant woman to sit that long! Need to improve wait times and chairs are horrible the worst!!!
We were double booked and left waiting without communication. The initial experience was unprofessional and dismissive. After posting a review describing these issues, Dr. Diamond contacted my wife. She spoke down to her, criticized the review, and stated it must be removed, she also implied that care would not be provided and emphasized that she is one of only four doctors in the city who works with hospitals regarding life-threatening growths. I have been seeing Dr. Diamond for over 25 years. So knowledgeable, always takes the time to hear my concerns and has given me the best medical care from the birth of my children all the way to helping me navigate through perimenopause.
Made an appointment for a simple consultation. Got there 5 minutes early. Waited a half hour only to find out that there were three more people ahead of us that hadn’t even arrived yet. They magically ‘found’ a room that wasn’t being used. Waited another 20 minutes only to be forgotten about. The moment we leave we get a ‘sorry we missed you call.’ Terrible service, no respect for people’s time. No respect for people’s lives.
