Had my first massage from Heather. She concentrated on areas that were troubling me. Lights were low with soft music. At no time was I ever made to feel feel uncomfortable. I came away feeling so relaxed with the tightness much improved. . I am looking forward to my next massage with her.
My knee felt so much better when I left Heather then when I arrived. I felt more relaxed as well.
Heather treats the whole person. She is intuitive.
