Absolutely the worst.
Extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend her for anything regarding family law. Always rescheduled appointments and then when I finally got a hold of her she basically told me she couldn't help me. When I called her out about being unprofessional, she got very rude and defensive and started yelling at me in front of her office workers. It was a very jarring experience. But I eventually found another lawyer that helped me.
Do not waste your time or money. Not only is she extremely unprofessional and rude, but she will also drag your court dates out, take you for as much money as possible, while not representing your needs whatsoever. She will talk a big game, make it sound like she is on your side, seem sympathetic, and not represent you in the end. Shes a biased thief
I don’t think anyone ever plans on needing to hire an attorney, but our family circumstances brought us to needing to hire Heather. I am so grateful that we did, and even though we did not win our case, having her support and her voice for us in court when we had none was invaluable. If you are a foster parent needing legal representation, I highly highly recommend Mrs. Cooke.
