Her terrible care and inconvenience delayed my diagnosis by a year and a half.
Heather is wonderful. She can and will help you with any issue you are having. She’s great about getting to the bottom of things or referring you to someone who can. I’m disappointed to see her review scores are not higher on Healthgrades. She deserves better. She has helped me with so many things I know I can always count on Heather and so can you. She’s always been wonderful to me and my family.
Let’s first off say that the entire Sound Family Medicine group is disgusting! You don’t put a patient on Valium for over 3 years and expect them to figure out how to wean off on your own because your shady company doesn’t take but like 5 insurance companies because of GREED! Also don’t compare who has a worse Diease or illness from one patient to another! That would be the wonderful staff who is so supportive NOT
