We had an amazing experience working with Heather! My husband and I usually feel a bit awkward in front of the camera, but she immediately put us at ease and made the whole experience feel natural. The photos turned out stunning! We especially loved how she captured the small, in-between moments, not just the big ones. Looking through them truly felt like reliving the day. We’re so grateful to have these memories and would highly recommend Heather!
My wife and I worked with Heather for both our court house ceremony and cocktails at Commodore Perry Estate, as well as our reception several months later at Barr Mansion. I worked with Heather to update my professional headshots. Communication, scheduling, coordinating hair/makeup -- everything was incredible smooth and Heather was very accommodating of busy schedules. During the shoot, I felt extremely comfortable and genuinely had fun. Heather's talent, experience, and professionalism are evident in her preparation for the session, consultative approach, and the end result. Heather is a tremendous photographer. What is special about Heather's work is that it is not only technically brilliant (she works in film, which is one of the reasons I hired her), she has an eye for the most touching gestures.
