Ms. Cook was referred to me by another practice for a situation involving the malpractice of another attorney's mishandling of a family trust. I had already had 8 attorneys decline involvement against this attorney. Ms. Cook took time on a phone call to advise and encourage me that we did have recourse. I tried contacting her about a old client I was trying to get the bill paid for him. The second I talk to this attorney she was extremely rude and I did not see a point been paying the old balance off for a friend of mine. I would not hire this attorney if it was the last one on earth. Best of luck to her because the friend of mine that I was trying to settle his bill for haven't worked in 7 years.
