I spend the night from time to time and the HOA constantly stretches its reach saying that I cant park in gues parking when im a ..... guest and I never park for more than 24 hours let alone 8 hours I always park in the middle of the night and leave before 9am but apparently there empty guest parking spots has become an issue for them because im not going to pay $100 a month when I dont live there and rarely spend consecutive nights they put a sticker on my window which I couldn't get off so I had to have the vehicle detaile... read more

This place is bull$4|t. I was waiting for the bus, and this kid named Brianna approached me and would not stop honking at me about how I need to be "closer to God". Fff that! Wack ness

It used to be pretty great living here when purchasing our condo Jan 2004 Lot of owner's displeasure lays in the management. At the moment our management is at the worse it ever has been. As a homeowner, I feel now like a renter of an apartment complex. Homeowners who report an issue that needs attention are labeled as complainer. Usually were asked our opinion when changes or larger purchases were planned. We also had more insight to where our HOA fees were used for (repairs, social functions, etc... etc.) ...but no longer ... read more
