I have been seeing Heather for a few years because she was referred to me by a coworker. She takes the time to understand and focus on what your body needs throughout different stages in your life. She helped prepare my body for IVF, she was there to help me relax throughout the last trimester of my pregnancy along with prioritizing my needs post pregnancy. I cannot thank her enough for everything she does.
