Excellent GP for me as well as my husband
Heather Beauparlant is rude and dismissive. I had to see her in emergency because my normal provider is out on maternity leave. She didn't even let me finish voicing my concerns with traumatic experiences before she cut me off and told me should would not help. Completely unprofessional and counterproductive to what their job is as a physician. I actually walked out of my appointment and have left reviews for the first time, ever. I would never recommend her to anyone.
Moved and needed a new family Dr. I was with the last for 25 years, after one visit Dr. Beauparlant was concerned about a nodule that seemed to be growing on my lung. Had me do scans and and was cancer. After seeing me, went trough my records and knew almost everything about my health. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a Primary care physician. No problem getting appointments either in person or by video.
Bizarre experience all around. She asked about my mental health and I told her I have more noticeable anxiety as I’ve gotten older. Her next question was if I ever considered hurting my children which to me was a bit of a leap. Then she asked if I wanted an antidepressant. I declined and she told me if things get worse we’re going to have to do something about it. Such a strange thing to say, and off putting enough for me to seek a referral for a new provider.
