Good location. Front and back staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Banks is pleasant and listened to my concerns as a patient. She explained her assessment and tests to be completed. I would highly recommend this facility.
My diagnosis was not the best when I went to see Dr Banks initially. That was about 2 years ago but today she had excellent news for me. When meeting her initially she very throughly laid out her recommendations that I needed and with a tone of optimism and encouragement she sent me forth. We met for awhile every 3 months but today she said we can extend our visits to every 6 months. Her recommendations and my willingness to be diligent have paid off. Very personable. 1st visit. Knows what she's doing. All staff very friendly! Big change most Places don't give you the time of day.
