Dr Heather Banks and her staff are very professional. They provide a very friendly atmosphere.
I have had kidney cysts for more than 20 years. I have also had family members that have had kidneys atrophy, kidney stents and one that died in their 40's from nephritis. My cysts were observed in a hip X-ray 2 years ago, so I was referred to Dr. Banks. She is so easy to talk to, she listens and she was proactive in recommending a genetic test.
