Dr. Banks is the best!!
I have been a patient with Dr.Banks for about two years now. I am impressed. All questions that I ask in regards to my care are always answered completely. She takes time to walk me through the care that is needed. Kidney disease can be very complicated for some people to control. I take this seriously. I'm blessed that she takes it seriously as well. It's a wonderful feeling when a patient knows that they have a great Doctor assisting them in their care.
My visit to Dr. Heather Banks was such a positive and uplifting experience! From the very friendly receptionist, to the calming instructions given by the medical assistant Maricella, ending with Tito the most gentle phlebotomist!
