Heather did not perform any service for me , Rather this is about her integrity which translates into her ethical service as a physician. Heather ordered a dining set from our company which was hand crafted for her. The chairs she ordered were made in North Carolina and were to be sent to us to be finished to match her table. When the company making the chairs notified us of extreme delays for us because they were allocating their inventory, we notified Heather that the delays were happening.
